HeartEnergetix

HeartEnergetix is a clinical Hypnotherapy approach that is different to other forms of Hypnotherapy, as it focuses on accessing a deeper truth and wisdom from within the client’s subconscious.

Traditional Hypnotherapy works with just two states emotional and physical, whilst HeartEnergetix works with four, also acknowledging Spiritual and Energetic components.

Together we work to uncover the “core belief” that keeps the seeker within a particular negative habit, repeating pattern, addiction, emotion and more. Uncovering the reason behind the issue, supporting the client too gain an insight and greater clarity into the reason for its existence is part of the intention or goal, with psychotherapy methods. The other unique component is the release/reframe and energetic healing.

Traditional Hypnotherapy encourages the therapist generally to avoid abreactions. There is a common perception amongst traditional Hypnotherapist that simply revisiting an event can provide the client with release, this viewpoint can be seen as over simplified and argued to the contrary.

As it does not provide a shift in perception, therefore a client often continues to hold the negative energy and limiting belief created in the initial event, even after therapy. Most initial wounding events usually occur under the age of seven. Abreactions present themselves for a reason, it is trapped energy or memory, and as such provides opportunities for deep, lasting and transformative healing.
